Tochka Music is an independent record company that works with artists on a single-window basis: studio, rights, distribution, marketing and royalties - all in one place. We release music under the label and support it every step of the way - from recording to streaming reports. Artists don't need to find separate contractors for mixing, mastering, rights registration, platform delivery, playlist pitching, advertising or legal work - it's all part of what the label does.
Music distribution to streaming platforms
We deliver tracks to 100+ digital platforms: Spotify, Apple Music, Yandex Music, VK Music, Zvuk, YouTube Music, Deezer, SoundCloud, Tidal, Amazon Music, Boom, KION. We register the release in international catalogs, prepare metadata, format lyrics, upload artwork and audio. Digital distribution through the label takes 7-14 days until live on platforms. We support pre-save campaigns, smart links and release scheduling - the artist controls the process from the dashboard.
Track promotion
Promoting a track through the label is not a single VK ad - it's a combined toolkit: editorial playlist pitching to streaming services, work with Spotify and Yandex Music curators, targeted advertising on VK and Telegram, SMM support for the release, YouTube video promotion and TikTok promotion. Music monetization and royalties
Artists earn from their tracks through streaming royalties - every play on Spotify, Apple Music, Yandex Music, VK Music and Zvuk generates a payment. The label aggregates royalties from all platforms, nets out fees and transfers them to the artist under the contract. In the Tochka Music dashboard, the artist sees plays broken down by platform, by track and by country, as well as the calculated amount due for payment.
Music rights management
The legal side of a release is a common pain point for artists: neighboring rights, copyright in music and lyrics, co-author agreements, registration with RAO and VOIS (Russian rights societies). The label handles rights registration, registration of tracks in international catalogs, anti-piracy protection and removal of illegal uploads. This is especially important when a track has multiple authors, features or samples.
